During semester 3.1 and 3.2 [2007], at the Hanze Hogeschool Groningen, we worked on an utility building housing 44 apartments in the upper tower and several utilities such as a gym, a fysio, two office spaces and a grand cafe on the first floor. For the residents there was also a car park beneath the tower.

This is a design I made in 2008 during an architectural minor at the Hanze Hogeschool Groningen. We had to design a Child Nursery [kinderopvang] with an after school care [bso] for all of the residents in the Hoornsemeer, Groningen.
